Better photos and video on a Miami wake sports charter
The best charter media comes from planning a few moments instead of filming everything. Assign one person to capture a rider, keep devices secured, protect them from spray, and ask before recording guests who may not want to be on camera.

Use the light and background
Morning and late-afternoon light is often softer, while midday water can look vivid and bright. Position only where the crew permits and let the captain maintain the safe line. A skyline background is secondary to safe rider observation.
Capture short useful clips
For technique, record the complete attempt from setup through recovery rather than only the trick. For social clips, a stable five- to ten-second segment often edits better than constant zooming and panning.
Keep the camera from becoming a hazard
Use a secure strap or case, never block the captain's view, and do not lean outside the boat. Put the device away during docking, equipment transfers, and any moment when the crew requests full attention.
